AHLEI Academic Online
Every month there will be 2 course training . Each is around 30 hours. We aim to finish in 4 months.
AHLEI academic program students will receive a certificate from each course they attended and also Hospitality Operations Certificate when they completed the following 9 subjects succesfully:
Hospitality Today: An Introduction – This course takes a management perspective in explaining the organization and structure of hotels, restaurants, casinos, cruise lines, and clubs. It includes information on franchising, management contracts, business ethics, human resources, marketing and much more. Topics include how to recruit, select, and train; increase productivity; control labor costs; communicate effectively; manage conflict and change; and use time management techniques. Resources on creating a professional development plan for your hospitality career can help you set the direction for future educational and professional endeavors.
Hotel and Restaurant Accounting – This is AHLEI’s foundational, introductory accounting course. You need no prior accounting experience to take this course. This course will help you develop a solid understanding of hotel and restaurant accounting procedures, with a focus on the computerized accounting used in today’s hospitality accounting situations. You’ll learn about taxation of business income, the role of governmental agencies, and how to read and analyze financial statements.
Managing Front Office Operations – Increase front office efficiency and help sales grow with the knowledge and skills gained from this course. Topics include revenue management and the latest technology applications. This course shows how front office activities and functions affect other departments and focuses on how to manage the front office to ensure your property’s goals are met. Case studies and real-world examples present a practical industry focus.
Managing Housekeeping Operations – No property can be profitable without clean rooms and efficient housekeeping operations. Learn what it takes to manage this important department. This course provides a solid grounding in hospitality technology and the management of information systems. Security and Loss Prevention Management – Security is one of the top concerns in today’s hospitality industry. This course provides the background you need to be informed about the security issues and practices that affect your property every day. Topics include the physical security of the property, asset protection, guest protection, security equipment, emergency management and procedures, OSHA requirements, and more. Exhibits, sample forms and documents, and links to safety and security websites make this course practical and relevant.

Which program should I join?
First of all, we recommend you to join the Hospitality Fundamantal program. If you are successful, then you will be entitled to receive the Hospitality Operations certificate by taking 3 more courses. Students receive a certificate for each course that they pass and are entitled to receive program certificates when they pass all courses
How do I get online training and receive my books?
After you paid your program and books fees , we are going to give you a code , you will have access with this code to ebooks trough the site. Now available as an interactive eBook through VitalSource Bookshelf!
After your registrations has been done, we will send you a lesson Schedule and you will take your lessons trough zoom program or trough any other we will inform you. You will make your time valuable at home .
How can I get my exams?
Students, will receive exams at our training center in Turkey. Exams are planned to be held in September. Your book prices include your exam fee.
How can I find a job in Turkey ?
We will direct the students who are successful in their education to find a job. Students who complete their education are obliged to do an internship for at least 1 month. At the end of their internship, successful students will be hired in the hotels they work at or will be directed again.
Students who have successfully completed their education have the chance to continue their undergraduate programs in other countries and their accreditations are possible.
What is the deadline for registration?
Registration is required until April 15, 2020. Students who pay the tuition fees are required to send their receipts to [email protected] or [email protected]

When will the courses start?
Training will begin on May 4, 2020. We will provide our students with information about the curriculum and course Schedule by e-mail. The above course topics may have small changes according to the possible ebooks. After 15th Of April we will send you, your ebook codes.
