Elif GozelChef
After graduating from Gazi University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts department in 2012, Elif Gözel started her career and worked as an assistant cook for a while at Sumahan on The Water Tapasuma Istanbul. Having gained experience in the sushi, wok and dim sun sections of P.F Changs, which has a Far East concept, Gözel started to work as a chef at Stalk Casual Kitchen. Working in Istanbul The House Hotel, Chef de Partie The House (Kasa Lokanta), Street Bites, Head Chef, Rita Moda Sous Chef, Joint Kitchen. Gözel is still at Istanbul Health and Social Sciences Vocational School – Lonca Continuing Education Center . She continues to work as a chief instructor at the university.
